If you're going for a legendary and plan on doing a lot of FOTM you should consider a karmic infusion. With the infusion you can easily get 10k+ karma for doing fractals 10 levels below your personal reward level. This is pretty handy for getting the obsidian shards that you'll need to make a legendary. IMO...
